Our Farm-Fresh Eggs
Unwashed, just as the hens laid them

Why unwashed?
Our eggs are unwashed, which means the natural protective coating stays right on the shell, just as the hen laid it. That coating keeps the egg fresh on its own — so instead of needing to refrigerate them immediately, you can keep our eggs at room temperature.
It's the way farm eggs have always been, and we think it's the way they taste best.
Our "Easter egg" varieties
Sometimes our cartons look like Easter morning. That's because different breeds of hens lay naturally beautiful eggs in unique shades — soft blues, warm browns, pinks, and speckles of every kind.
Those colors and speckles aren't added or dyed. They're natural characteristics of the different breeds in our flock — every egg its own little work of art.
Egg color details go here — if you'd like, tell us which breeds lay which colors and we'll add it, just like the stand sign.
When are eggs available?
Our hens lay on their own schedule, so egg availability comes and goes. Check our Facebook page or see what's on the stand before you come — and when you see them, grab a dozen.
